The Mommy and Me class is for students ages 18months-3yrs at the beginning of the semester.
This class focuses on the basics and fundamentals of tumbling including,
- body shapes
- safety
- class behavior
- coordination
The main skills taught in this class include,
- rolls
- beginning cartwheels
- beginning handstands
For this class the athlete must be accompanied by a responsible adult that will help the athlete perform their skills with coaches instruction.
The Tots class is for students that are ages 3-5 at the beginning of the semester. This class focuses on the basics and fundamentals of tumbling including,
- body shapes
- safety
- class behavior
- coordination
The main skills taught in this class include,
- forward rolls
- backward rolls
- cartwheels
- handstands
- introduction to bridge skills
**Please note that bridges are not pushed by coaches until athletes are 6 years old for developmental reasons. All bridge introuduction skills in tots are to start stretching the shoulders and back without injury to the athlete. If students can naturally push up into a bridge before the age of 6 they are allowed to do so.**
The Advanced Tots class is an INVITATION ONLY CLASS for students that are ages 3-5 at the beginning of the semester.
This class focuses on the basics and fundamentals of tumbling including,
- body shapes
- safety
- class behavior
- coordination
The main skills taught in this class include,
- forward and backward rolls
- cartwheels
- handstands
- introduction to bridge skills

Basics is the ENTRY LEVEL CLASS for all athletes ages 6 and up.
The beginners class is for students ages 6 and up at the beginning of the semester.
This class is for students who have mastered the skills in basics, including,
- rolls
- cartwheels
- bridge skills on the incline mat
The main skills taught in this class include,
- handstand variations
- cartwheel variations
- bridge skills on the floor

The intermediate class is for students ages 6 and up at the beginning of the semester.
This class is for students who have mastered the skills in beginners, including,
- handstand variations
- cartwheel variations
- bridge skills on the floor

- back walkovers
- front walkovers
- round offs

This class is for students who have mastered the skills in intermediate, including,

- round offs
- back extension rolls
- beginning back hand springs

- front walkovers
- beginnning round off back hand springs
- aerials

The premier class is for students ages 6 and up at the beginning of the semester.
This class is for students who have mastered the following skills,
- back handspring without a spot (wedge or floor)
- front walkover
The main skills taught in this class include,
- backhand spring progressions
- beginning back tuck skills
- front tumbling variations

Thevelite class is for students ages 6 and up at the beginning of the semester.
This class is for students who have mastered the following skills,
- Round off Backhand Spring (2-3 backhand springs preferably)
- 2 Step Front Walkover
- Standing Backhand Spring (floor)
The main skills taught in this class include,
- Back tuck progressions through layouts
- Front tumbling and aerial variations

Day Time Play Time is an open play class for ages 5 and under. Classes will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30am. All athletes registered must have a responsible adult present at all times. Adults are welcome to join their athlete on the floor or observe from the stage area.
This class is not intended for regular instruction. It will be an open pay structure with equipement and courses set up by coaching staff for athletes to enjoy.
